Chicken Salad
 
   
 
 
 Dressing:
 
 
½ cup (2.6 oz) FUD Crema Dip Fiery Chile Verde
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Lime juice
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 gala apple, seeded and diced
½ cup red seedless grapes, quartered
 
2 celery stalks, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 tbsp parsley leaves, chopped

 
 

In a small bowl, mix the FUD Crema Dip Fiery Chile Verde, olive oil and lime juice to taste; set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, gala apple, grapes and celery. Add the dressing then finally add the diced avocado; mix carefully.

Serve with toasted bread or a green salad.
