Chipotle Shrimp
½ cup (4 oz) FUD Crema Dip Hot Chipotle Ranch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and uncooked
4 tsp cilantro chopped
1½ tbsp lime juice
6 white corn tortillas or tostadas
Salt to taste


Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the shrimp until thoroughly cooked, around 6 minutes.

Add the FUD Crema Dip, cilantro and lime juice, then mix.

Remove from heat and serve immediately with warm tortillas or tostadas.
