Fish Tacos
 
   
 
 
 
 
1 lb white fish, tilapia
Mexican salsa
½ cup Roma tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp white onion, diced
 
 
1 tbsp cilantro leaves and soft stems, chopped
1 jalapeño chili, chopped
½ lime, juiced
 
 Batter:
 
 
1 cup (8 oz) FUD Crema Dip of your choice
¾ cup flour
½ tsp oregano, dried
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
 
 
1 cup beer or sparkling water
¾ cup vegetable oil
16 flour tortillas, small
1½ cups green cabbage, shredded
 

 
 

Cut the fish fillets into slices. Mix the tomatoes, onion and cilantro; season with lime juice and a touch of salt. In another bowl mix the flour, oregano, black pepper and salt; slowly whisk in the beer. Dip the fish in the batter, then fry until golden-brown.

Warm the tortillas and add the fried fish, cabbage, Mexican salsa and the FUD Crema Dip. Serve with lime wedges.
