Fresco Cheese Enchiladas with Strawberry Jam
 
   
 
 
 
 
10 oz FUD Natural Fresco Cheese (cut in wedges)
½ cup olive oil
1 small jar of strawberry jam
6 chipotle chilies in adobo juice
½ bunch fresh cilantro
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 

Cheese
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil, then add the FUD Natural Fresco Cheese and fry for 5 minutes on each side until slightly crispy.

Remove the cheese and place in a serving bowl. Cover the cheese with strawberry sauce and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Strawberry Enchilada Sauce
In a blender, add the strawberry jam and chipotle chilies in adobo sauce; blend until all ingredients are smooth and consistent. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
