Cut the FUD Selecto Cooked Ham and FUD Natural Fresco Cheese into 1-inch cubes; set aside. Wash the bell pepper and peel the onion. Slice the bell peppers and onion into 1-inch squares; set aside.
Place the meat, cheese, and veggies on a skewer, making sure to alternate each piece of food. Place the kabobs on a grill for 7-10 minutes or until the ham is light brown.
Sprinkle with dried parsley and dip in Dijon mustard.
