Ham Cubes with Cola Sauce
6 FUD Original Cooked Ham cubes (2x2-inches)
½ cup sugar
12 oz cola (1 full can)
1 bay leaf
1 dry chipotle chili
1 whole garlic, minced
Salt (to taste)
Olive oil (as needed)


Preheat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the can of cola, sugar, chipotle pepper, bay leaf and minced garlic; lower the temperature when the sauce begins to boil.

Boil over medium-low heat until the cola sauce begins to thicken. Season the cola sauce with salt as desired.

While the sauce continues to boil, heat a pan with some olive oil. Cook the ham cubes equally on each side until the whole cube is golden-brown.

Pour the cola sauce over the ham cubes and simmer until the sauce thickens some more. Serve immediately.
