Malinche Style Tourkey Franks
 
   
 
   
 
7 FUD TURKEY FRANKS sliced
½ onion, sliced
4 poblano peppers, roasted and peeled
1/3 cabbage, shredded
  1/3 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of oil
½ tbs. dry oregano
Salt and pepper
 
 

The poblano peppers should be roasted and peeled, then sliced and washed to eliminate all the seeds. Fry the FUD TURKEY FRANKS in oil, add onion, cabbage and peppers.

Place everything in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, oregano and vinegar. Mix well.
