We arrived at our mom’s houses through a small packinghouse.

FUD’s name is born

FUD’s name is born, meaning Fine, Unique and Delicious.

1960

WE KEEP GROWING

We expanded to more places within Mexico.

1979

ONE BIG FAMILY

We became a part of Sigma Alimentos.

1988

WE INCREASE OUR PRODUCT LINE

FUD YORK Ham is launched to the market.

Our tasty Virginia FUD Ham conquers our mom’s houses.

1992

WE EXPAND INTERNATIONALLY

We launch our turkey line.

1998

We begin selling in the U.S.

2000

NATIONWIDE EXPANSION

We open Distribution Centers in main cities across the U.S.

2005

EXPANSION OUTSIDE OF THE U.S & Mexico

We expand into Central America.

2007

WE CONTINUE EXPANDING WITH NEW PLANTS

We acquired our Cheese and Cream plant in Darlington, Wisconsin.

2008

WE OPEN OUR COLD CUTS PLANT

We opened our first cold cuts plant in Seminole, Oklahoma USA.

2010

WE TURN 60

For 60 years, we have been helping moms make everything easy and delicious in the kitchen.

2012

We expand our market to Perú

2015

THE INNOVATION AGE HAS BEGUN

We launched a low sodium line of cold-cuts and franks.

2016

We launched the semi-rigid packaging cheese Line

The first ones with a Resealable Pack.

2017

Launched resealable packaging

Launched our first stand-up resealable packaging for grated and shredded cheeses.

Expanded to a Hot links line.

2018

Initiated our first Hispanic Heritage Month Campaign

2019

We partnered with Tapatio ® to launch new product lines.

2021

Our FUD Family expands to an all-Beef Frank

2022

Crafted an all new fully-cooked bratwurst line to complement our portfolio.

2023

We acquired a cold-cuts plant in Mt. Pleasant, IA

2023

STARTED A NEW ERA IN PACKAGING

Transitioned our current line of sliced lunchmeats to a new semi-rigid, resealable packaging.
