step 01Preheat oven to 400°. In large skillet, in batches, sear FUD® Selecto Ham 1 minute over medium-high heat, turning once.
step 02In small microwave-safe bowl, heat refried beans in microwave oven on high 1 minute, stirring once.
step 03In large bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper and paprika. In large skillet, cook eggs in oil over medium heat 4 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently.
step 04Evenly spread refried beans over bottom halves of rolls; top with ham, eggs, FUD® Campirano™ Fresco Cheese, salsa and top halves of rolls. Wrap sandwiches in aluminum foil; place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until heated through.
step 05Open top of sandwiches and evenly divide avocado over salsa; drizzle lime juice over avocado. Cut each sandwich in half.
