Heat large covered saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add pasta and cook as label directs; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
In large skillet, cook FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onion and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain fat. Add FUD® Crema Mexicana Mexican Style Cream and reserved pasta water; heat to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; stir in pasta, tomato and spinach and cook 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in salt, pepper and pepper flakes; serve sprinkled with FUD® Queso Cotija Mexican Style Grating Cheese.
