Prepare Bacon: Position oven rack in top third of oven; preheat oven to 375°. Line large rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil; arrange FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon in single layer on prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes; carefully drain off most FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon drippings in pan.
In small bowl, stir brown sugar and chili powder. Evenly sprinkle FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon with half the brown sugar mixture; turn FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon and evenly sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture. Bake 10 minutes; turn FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon and bake 10 minutes longer or until crisp. Immediately transfer FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon to plate to cool; reserve 3 slices FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon. Crumble remaining FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon; cover and refrigerate.
Prepare Cake: Reduce oven temperature to 350°; position oven rack in center of oven. Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan or glass baking dish with butter; dust pan with flour, shaking out any excess. In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, with mixer on high speed, beat butter and sugar 4 minutes or until light and fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Reduce speed to medium-low; add vanilla extract and eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Reduce speed to low; slowly add flour mixture, mixing just until combined, scraping bowl as needed. Crumble reserved 3 slices FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon; fold into batter. Evenly spread batter in prepared pan; bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes on wire rack; with skewer or fork, pierce cake all over. Cool completely.
In medium bowl, whisk condensed milk, evaporated milk and half and half; pour over cake. Refrigerate, uncovered, at least 4 hours or overnight; cake will absorb milk mixture.
Prepare Topping: In large bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat cream, FUD® Crema Mexicana Mexican Style Cream, sugar and vanilla extract 2 minutes. Increase speed to medium-high; beat 5 minutes longer or until thickened.
Evenly spread cake with Topping; sprinkle cake with crumbled FUD® Tocino Original Sliced Bacon.
