step 01In large saucepot, cook FUD® Original Sliced Bacon over medium-high heat 12 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently; discard all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.
step 02Add onion and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and serrano; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in beans with liquid, tomatoes with liquid, beer and FUD® Hot Links; cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 20 minutes; stir in 3 tablespoons cilantro. Serve garnished with remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro. Makes about 12 cups.
